The short version

You're 18 or older.
You'll keep your card numbers and PINs safe, and only share cards with people you trust.
Card Cubbie is a wallet and organizer — we are not the card issuer and we don't guarantee balances, which are estimates unless a live balance is shown.

Using Card Cubbie

You may use Card Cubbie to store, organize, share, trade, and gift gift cards you rightfully own. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you add and for how you share access with others.

Sharing & permissions

When you share a card into a Cubbie, you stay the owner. You choose whether members can use it anytime or must ask first, and you can revoke access at any time. Every reveal and decision is logged.

Trades & gifts

Trading or gifting a card transfers the whole card — its number, PIN, and full balance — to the new owner once both parties confirm. Gifting is irreversible once accepted.

Balances & card issuers

Balances shown in the app are user-maintained estimates unless a live balance is displayed. Card Cubbie does not issue, fund, or honor gift cards; those are the responsibility of the issuing merchant.

Acceptable use

Don't use Card Cubbie to store cards you don't own, to defraud anyone, or to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continuing to use Card Cubbie after an update means you accept the revised terms.
